Log into your Phitku account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Package Securely
Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
